Round table

On 03.07.2020, in Ruse Hall 1 of the Ruse District Administration a Round table was held on the topic “Raising public awareness and promoting civic participation in the processes of the clothing and textile sector ”. 41 people were present, incl. representatives of the EA, representatives of tailoring companies, civil society, schools in the textile and clothing sector, the Labor Office, etc.

Topics related to raising public awareness and promoting civic participation in the processes of the clothing and textile sector were discussed at the event. The main problems in the development of the sector were also discussed, as well as the procedure for importing workers from countries outside the EU. The prepared recommendations to the institutions working with the sector were presented. They have been discussed in detail and suggestions were made for corrections of some of the proposed recommendations.
